Maverick's Grille Sandwiches
All sandwiches (except the Open Faced Roast Beef) are served with French fries.
Daegan’s French Dip – Savory, slow-roasted beef served on a French roll served au jus. Tiki’s Turkey Wrap – Roasted turkey breast, cucumber salsa, sliced avocado, alfalfa sprouts, green apples, lettuce and chipotle mayonnaise. Open Faced Roast Beef Sandwich – Thin sliced roast beef smothered in brown gravy served with real mashed potatoes. Reuben – Piled high with corned beef, sauerkraut, 1,000 island dressing, and melted Swiss cheese. Served on grilled marble rye bread. Brisket Sandwich – Savory beef brisket slow cooked, chopped and tossed with our tangy BBQ sauce. Buffalo Chicken Wrap – Breaded chicken tossed in spicy wing sauce, with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato. All wrapped in a flour tortilla. Cody’s Colorado Club – Oven-baked ham, roasted turkey, peppered bacon, guacamole, cheddar and Swiss cheese, topped with alfalfa sprouts and chipotle mayonnaise. Hickory Smoked Chicken Salad Sandwich – Smokey chicken with dried cranberries, walnuts and celery, served on a flaky croissant. Southwest Chicken Sandwich – Grilled chicken breast, melted pepper jack cheese, with our award-winning guacamole and chipotle mayo.
