Green Chili – Multiple award winner, including the winner of “Best Hor D’oeuvre” at the 2011 Winter Park Chef’s Cup!  Our green chili offers hearty chunks of pork loin in a complex chili verde with just the right amount of heat. A ski bum’s staple!

Soup Du Jour – Like Flo said, “It’s our soup of the day”.  Ask your server what our chef has prepared today.

Soup and Salad Combo – Enjoy a bowl of soup and a side garden salad.    

Entrée Salads
Taco Salad – Crisp romaine lettuce, black beans, tomatoes and onions topped with cheddar cheese and your choice of southwest seasoned beef, chicken or veggies in an edible taco shell. Served with fire-roasted tomato salsa and sour cream. 

Charro Chicken Salad – Breaded chicken rests atop a bed of romaine lettuce, corn, black beans, fresh cilantro, cheddar cheese and tortilla strips. Served with chipotle ranch dressing.  

Maverick’s Cobb Salad – Peppered bacon, hardboiled egg, bleu cheese crumbles, roasted red peppers, corn, ripe olives and grilled chicken. Served with your choice of dressing.

Sammy’s Caesar Salad – Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with creamy Caesar dressing, shredded parmesan cheese and croutons.    (top it with grilled chicken)

Forager’s Salad – Locally grown Morales Farms spinach (in season), fresh button mushrooms, crumbled goat cheese, candied walnuts, tomato wedges, red onion, dried cranberries, and homemade cranberry chiptole dressing.   (add grilled chicken)
