Rib Eye – A hearty cut of  Certified Angus Beef rib eye dusted with our house seasoning, grilled to your liking and brushed with garlic butter.  Served alongside our vegetable of the day and your choice of starch.     

Smothered Chicken – A grilled chicken breast is smothered with melted pepper jack cheese, sautéed mushrooms and thick-cut peppered bacon. Served with mashed potatoes with cream gravy and vegetables.     

Top Sirloin – Seasoned, grilled and finished with garlic butter. This  Certified Angus Beef steak is served with your choice of starch and veggies. One bite and you’ll see why this is a house favorite!                  

Wild Bill’s Game Meatloaf – A perfectly spiced blend of buffalo, elk and Certified Angus beef, wrapped in bacon smothered in brown gravy puts a Rocky Mountain twist on the American classic. Pair it with real mashers and vegetables and you’ve got a perfect “stick to your ribs” mountain meatloaf.  

Chicken Fried Chicken – Savory chicken breast is fried golden brown and smothered in homemade cream gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and veggies. 

Elk Sausage with Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce – Spicy grilled elk sausage tops a generous portion of cavatappi tossed with our homemade roasted red pepper cream sauce. Delicious pasta with true Colorado flare!        

Lucy’s Chicken Alfredo – A rich, cheesy cream sauce tossed with al dente linguine and topped with grilled chicken.

Rainbow Trout – Eat like the locals! Try our boneless trout either grilled or blackened. Served with cilantro lime rice and our vegetable of the day. 

Chicken Fried Steak – Tender steak is breaded with our seasoned panko bread crumbs and served with real mashed potatoes smothered in cream gravy and fresh vegetables. The American comfort food!  

Big Bob’s Burrito – Your choice of seasoned beef, chicken or veggies stuffed in a large tortilla along with cheddar cheese and black beans.  Smothered in our award winning pork green chili. Served with cilantro lime rice, black beans and guacamole.        

Chimichanga – Never turn down a chimi!  Your choice of beef, chicken or veggies wrapped in a fresh flour tortilla and quickly deep-fried to melt the cheddar cheese and crisp the tortilla. Top it off with our zesty queso and you’ll be beggin’ for more. Served with cilantro lime rice and black beans.

Pork Chops with Creamy Mushroom Pan Gravy – Two center-cut pork chops accentuated by creamy, made-to-order mushroom pan gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetables.         

Chicken Tender Basket – All white-meat chicken strips served with French fries and your choice of dipping sauce.     

Fish n’ Chips – Flaky pollock is beer battered and fried golden brown. Served with cole slaw and French fries.
